Aloft is built on the premise that all students will meet three goals every single day in order to build true success. First, we strive for our students to have many opportunities to grow and progress each day. This is individual based on each student’s goals, but we guarantee this opportunity every day that your young adult son or daughter is at Aloft. Secondly, in order for our students to grow, they need to feel safe. We have worked hard to ensure our environment is one in which each individual can make mistakes, try new things, and ultimately see their successes in each day. Lastly, our students need to feel cared about. Without this, students cannot feel safe and cannot have positive growth. We have found our unique recipe is not easy, but done with the right mentor staff, environment, and all around program milieu it is done each and every day.
Many young adults struggle launching into independence. Challenges in today’s society can be difficult and overwhelming to navigate successfully. At Aloft Transitions, we have found that a combination of supportive, positive, caring relationships and strength-focused opportunities provide our clients with the tools and experiences to overcome these challenges and achieve increased maturity and personal success.
