Tuition And Fees
Our clients’ family or financial sponsors are responsible for paying all “additional” client living expenses including (but not limited to): phones, clothing, drug tests, school fees, psychiatry, and medical appointments. As our client progresses through the program he or she will get a job to begin earning an individual income. At that time, it is preferred that our young adult client will participate in helping to pay for needed individual items and personal bills. Our clients’ family or financial sponsors are also responsible for all mental health and medical fees incurred while at Aloft Transitions. Individual therapy is included in the monthly tuition, however, if additional therapy is needed, it is also available. Additional therapy is billed by Aloft at a rate of $200.00 per session.
No additional therapy will be performed without consent of our client’s family or financial sponsors. Aloft Transitions does not bill insurance companies directly, but a contracting therapist can. Aloft Transitions may also provide a summary, upon request, to our clients’ family or financial sponsors so it may be provide it to insurance for possible reimbursement.
Any services provided at Bridgeway Health Services are billed separately and directly between clients and the participating provider. Bridgeway Health Service’s fee is not included in the Aloft monthly tuition. Most participating providers can bill insurance directly.
At the time of the client’s enrollment, financial sponsors are required to pay a prorated amount based on the date of enrollment, the first month of full tuition, and a Admissions Fee of $3,500.00. A 30-day notice of withdrawal of enrollment is required so that Aloft can help with the transition process home.
