Aloft provides opportunities to build work ethic. We start by providing volunteer opportunities that many times turn into paid work.

Our young adults have participated in a number of great volunteer opportunities including:

• Word Center for Birds of Prey
• Boise Zoo
• Idaho botanical gardens
• Babby farms
• Create common good
